Status and missions

 

The Association for the coordination of schedules, also COHOR, is an independent and non-profit association, regulated by the law of July1, 1901 and regularly declared in the ‘Journal Officiel’ of July 29, 1995.

 

The association members are airlines :

Air Caraïbes, Air France, Air Corsica, ASL Airlines France, Corsair, Hop!, Transavia. BAR France is member as well.

 

As well as airports managers :

Aéroports de Paris (ADP), Aéroport de Nice Côte d’Azur, Aéroport de Lyon St-Exupéry. UAF is member as well.

 

The Association is composed of:

1 – Maximum 10 airlines members and maximum 3 airport manager members called « historical »;

2 – Airlines or airport manager members called « non-historical » are airlines or airport managers or Associations of airlines or airport managers which represent airlines or airport managers financing the activities of the Association through the payment of a fee of coordination and which are not « historical » members of the Association.

 

The Board of Directors is composed of the historical members :

For airlines: Air Caraïbes, Air France, Air Corsica, ASL Airlines France, Corsair, Hop!, Transavia.

For airport managers: Aéroports de Paris (ADP), Aéroport de Nice Côte d’Azur, Aéroport de Lyon St-Exupéry.

Un représentant du ministre chargé de l’aviation civile siège au conseil d’administration et aux assemblées générales avec voix consultative.

COHOR is designated as coordinator of the airport of Orly, Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Figari Sud Corse, Nice Côte d’Azur and Nantes Atlantic (in summer) and schedule facilitator for the airports of Lyon Saint-Exupéry, Chambéry Savoie, Annecy Mont-Blanc, Nantes Atlantic (in winter) and EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg by Ministerial Decree of February 22, 2017. This nomination is subject to specifications, object of Decree of February 22, 2017 fixing the specifications of the coordinator.

 

The Bureau is composed of :

A president : Air Corsica, represented by Ms Antoinette SANTONI BRUNELLI
Two vice-presidents : ADP, represented by Mr Bertrand COQUANT / ASL Airlines France, represented by Mr Jonathan RAIMBAULT
A treasurer: Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur, represented by par Ms Isabelle BAUMELLE
A secretary: Air France, represented by Ms Francine QUENTEL

The board is elected every 3 years. It designates the Delegate Coordinator. The latter, acts in accordance with the statutes of the association, in complete independence with respect of all members in a neutral and nondiscriminatory way. He has full delegation for the entire mission entrusted to the association :

• Allocate slots for an optimal use of airport resources in respect with the constraints,

• Monitor the proper use of slots allocated to airlines.
